Autumn Landscapes from Matley Wood, New Forest
This four picture set of autumn landscapes were taken at Matley Wood in the New Forest at the beginning of October with my Zuiko Olympus OM 35-80mm F2.8 zoom lens on Fuji Sensia 100 RA-669 slide film, all at F16.
I only recently started to use Sensia and found that it provides a warm feel to landscape, so it is disappointing that this great slide film is to be discontinued at the end of this year.
First up fern with a back drop of 3 trees.

I then walked a bit further on, and at the next location had to wait some time for the sun to reappear behind some clouds. Which was a good thing as it gave me time to add a 1 stop ND graduated filter to cope with the sun on the foreground and the next set of dark clouds overhead. A -2/3 exposure compensation gave me the best result.
This next one was taken after the bank of clouds had moved passed, and here I also used a warm up filter.
and finally a different composition taken very close to the ground, with 2/3 sky, to give a much more expansive feel.
Hope you like them.
