Wistman’s Wood, Dartmoor
During a weekend trip to Plymouth stopped off at Two Bridges in Dartmoor to visit Wistman’s Wood, a site of ancient woodlad. The walk is a nice an easy stroll across mainly flat land, on one side of West Dart river valley. I took a brief detour before arriving at the woodland to take these couple of the River Dart.

The wood itself is full of gnarled trees and boulders covered in moss.
