Fiddleford Manor HDR
Set out on the bank holiday Monday to Alners Gorse to photo butterflies. The weather started out nice, however it had turned cold & windy by the time of arrival at the location, having being delayed by traffic. There were no butterflies to be seen on a quick walk around so we decided to cut our losses and move on to Fiddleford Manor.
Again there was not much wildlife about however one of the fields had a covering of buttercups that presented a good landscape photo opportunity. I used my Olympus 90mm F2 macro lens, which fortunately can also be used as a normal lens, with the E620 Olympus camera body. I bracketed 3 shots for each picture and then loaded to Photomatix Pro 4.2 to create these HDR images.
I used the painterly preset to achieve this effect.
I focused on the foreground buttercups for the next picture.

For this final picture I also used Topaz Clarity sunny day blue sky preset after Photomatix Pro tone map default preset.
