Fairy Lochs Walk, Torridon
I again visited Torridon this year, and now getting close to finishing the processing of all of the pictures. These photos are from a newly discovered walk, known as the Fairy Lochs walk and you can find a good description of the route by clicking on this link.
This is the view of Baosbheinn as you come across the Fairy Lochs.

It is here that a Liberator bomber crashed in 1945. You can see debris littered around and there is a memorial plaque.

You have the option of walking to the Lochs and straight back or extend the walk by doing a more circular route, eventually taking a track along Loch Braigh Horrisdale. We decided to do the latter, though be warned, the path from the Fairy Lochs to Loch Braigh Horrisdale is at times very boggy & faint (marked by white posts). Plus on our walk this boggy part seem to be a haven for midges.
Once you get past this the loop back round to the start is on a good wide track. This is the view you will see before you make the easy decline back down to the car park.
