A Black-necked Grebe

Another visit to the local Blashford Lakes nature reserve today, and for the first time spotted the Black-necked Grebe (Podiceps nigricollis). It was dark and wet at the time so I had to up the ISO to 4000, this means the quality of the photo is not brilliant.

I also used the Olympus OM-D EM-5 movie mode, and put together this short movie that also has a couple of Little Grebes at the start.

I have been shooting nature with Olympus digital & Olympus OM camera gear on film since 2004
