Robins & Long-tails
There was very little wildlife photo opportunities this weekend at Blashford Lakes nature reserve, unless, unlike me, you managed to get one of the open window benches at the Woodland hide where there was a lot of activity around the feeders.
So the sum of the last two days was a couple of Robins (Erithacus rubecula) and a Long-tailed Tit (Aegithalos caudatus).
The Robins first.
My brother kindly lent me his Canon 300m F4 lens with 2x extender to capture this shot of a singing Robin.
And now the Long-tailed Tit.
