Globytastic!

Last weekend I spent my time peering into the mystical world of the minature, and this collection of photo’s are of one of the more colourful characters of this exotic and fascinating creatures, the Globular Springtail.

This selection of Globies range between 1-5mm in size and I used my Olympus 38mm F2.8 macro lens at approx 3-4.5x magnification to get them to almost appear life size.

This first set show off the different characters these little fellows sometimes imitate.
