Neptune’s Staircase, Loch Leven & a little bit of the West Highland Way
This is a selection of photo’s across a couple of days, the first set are from a short walk from Corpach along the Caledonian Canal to Neptune’s Staircase, the longest staircase lock in Scotland, comprising of eight locks.
The 2nd of the day’s turned out to be a really hot and so we only managed a short distance up the West Highland Way from Kinlochmore towards Devil’s Staircase, reaching a reservoir, before deciding it was way too hot to go any further. On the positive side we did take a few photo’s of Loch Leven on the way there and back.
